How to enroll

Enrollment is open for football players between 4 & 23 years old from both genders

1.Unblocked promotional messages by dialing *456*9*5*5*1# from your Safaricom line

 2.Create an account using the parent's email address through: https://www.chezasports.co.ke/register

N/B Only register once, the system will pick up your email

3.Confirm your email address by signing into your email address then check the OTP send and key it in

N/B Email confirmation is necessary to proceed to the next step

4.Add your phone number and click send OTP button once; you will receive an OTP sms which you key in

5.Sign into your new account through: https://www.chezasports.co.ke/login then click the 'Add Player' button.

 6.Fill in all the required personal, medical, parental, and login information without blank spaces, then click SAVE.

7.An add player button will appear below, click add player

8.Download a filled-up copy of your registration form (Only downloadable after successfully filling in player details).

9.Go through the registration form and code of conduct and sign where necessary.

• Upload a copy of the player's travel passport or birth certificate and mother's national ID card
•  An SMS containing the player's registration number will be sent to the parent's phone number. You can also get the registration number from the printed registration form. It always starts with CSA0.....
• Make payments through Mpesa Paybill 138638 Account: PLAYER REGISTRATION NUMBER Amount: *12,800/- plus either the annual, Termly, monthly or daily training fees rate*

Through our Accounts department, you will be advised on the seasonal, monthly or daily training rate applicable in the consequent month; by the 5th of every month.

 A player receives a player card, full sky blue jersey, full blue jersey with name and number + blue stockings, full yellow jersey with name & number + stockings

For the first session, you book an appointment for anthropocentric tests with our Sports Science Department & Media department
